Roya is the best Realtor in Los Angeles, hands down. She has a great personality and knows how to make everyone happy that comes into contact with her. I met her at The David Barton gym and from the first time I met her, I knew we would be great friends. If you need a new home or want to sell yours, she's the one to hire.

Extremely judgmental front desk staff. I get nasty looks and attitude from people here whenever I'm not dressed nice. Don't judge a book by its cover aholes.

I was on the buy side of a transaction with Keller Williams agent, Jeff Lemen and the owner of the firm, Rick Cunningham and I could not have ever predicted how unprofessional they were. Their trick is to convince the seller to bid their property below market (in a red hot market) price to get multiple offers. They then try to pick from the best of the multiples. I was that guy in the transaction that I got into. What I didn't see coming was that when they get backup offers that Keller Williams will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they can to breach your contract. Want to do geo testing? They will refuse it. Want inspections? Only if you are lucky.

If you are going to do business with Keller Williams Santa Monica know that you likely need to be lawyered up. We are happy to own the house but dealing with Jeff Lemen and his boss was as unpleasant as can be.

The inspiration for this review on Google comes from their snail mail spam where they brag about their numbers and deals. They don't really tell the whole truth there but then again anyone who's read Freaknomics knows about real estate agents and their trickery. The last straw for me was when I called their office to get my family removed from their junk mail and you literally can not get a person on the phone and when you try to leave a general message about the issue - the voicemail box is broken thus you can't leave a message. Somehow that is just fitting. 

Buyer AND seller beware.

Roya Is an Outstanding full service Agent with plenty of Knowledge and the latest market information in Santa monica and adjacent area. She did an Amazing job on bringing the right clients to  sell my property. I had received outstanding references from everyone else that had used her for representation. Her Knowledge in the market data and the Snata monica area makes her the best in her industry. I could have not picked a better person to represent me. Truely a 5 star service!!! I highly recommend Roya for selling your property. She promised and delivered everything in a very timely manner. The transaction went very smoothly due to her knowledge and Propmtness in the field. Thank you Roya You have done a great job! for me!!
