This company is unethical and dishonest.  They erroneously reported information regarding property taxes on several properties we were interested in.  Furthermore their agents were not only dishonest, but also manipulative and bordering on criminal.  DO NOT use this company or any of their agents or you will regret it.

I can only speak about the agent I worked with, Steven Salazar.  I don't know this office except that he works there.

I bought a house from out of state and could only do it by pictures and video due to being 3000 miles away.  I told Steven I needed him to be very informative about the property in every way possible.  He said all the warm and fuzzy things that make a buyer feel good. But he did NOT disclose a   laundry list of issues with this property.  We went with his advice on a home inspector and that was not a good idea.  The inspector, Nook & Kranny, missed several serious things and will not take responsibility for it either.  Not only that, but the property was a trash pit on our arrival.  Any agent would be embarrassed to have a buyer walk into a new home that way. 

When confronted about all the promises made and not kept and the condition of the property, Steven turned 180 degrees and refused to take any responsibility telling me it was all my responsibility.  He began quoting his responsibility per the written agreement.  It was my mistake for not getting all the warm and fuzzies in writing.  

We thought they, Steven and Jessica his wife, were honest people until we closed.  Then we learned that they are all talk and no integrity.  They will tell you everything you want to hear and nothing that you don't want to hear.  In other words, they are in it for their own personal gain.  Not your satisfaction.  They do NOT have your back.  You will note that this agent is always full of excuses and seems to have a lot of drama in their lives.  Hmmmm.  Should have been a warning sign.

This is an incredible place to do business.  KW SLC has one of the most well known, intelligent and knowledgeable brokers in the state.  Dave will be there for you when you need him and he will have the answers needed to make sure you and your client do business at the highest level of integrity and professionalism.  The agents in this office believe in abundance for all.  There isn't even a hint at backbiting.  It's a team effort and there is always training for continuing education because in this market, we must be the experts and the professionals to serve our clientele.

I had some issues with my agent, Shane Polevoi, in the beginning; but he, his associate, Corey Miner, and the broker, Dave Frederickson, worked very hard to get us into our dream house after it was all said and done. I recommend the agent, Shane Polevoi, and the firm.
