I've bought two homes through them and each time was great. They made everything super easy. Anytime I was stressed, they completely took that away, so I could just enjoy the process.

The day my husband and I decided to sell our home in Millcreek, we used Josh Plumb from Plumb&Co as our Realtor​. Josh was extremely helpful! He gave us his opinions on changes we could make to make our money's worth out of our home. After making a few changes we had our house sold. We were actually given an offer before our house was placed in the market. It was an unbelievable experience on how quickly we received an offer!
Josh continued/continues helping us. My husband and I had decided that we would build our next home. Josh helped us fine a few builders in the area we wanted. All though we are having issues with the builder we decided to go through, Josh has been there to  for us by contacting the builder with our issues we have been having with them. Josh has gone out of his way to make sure we have a good experience with the builders and for us not to be taken advantage of. We appreciate him so much and I don't know how we could thank him for all his effort and help we continue getting from him. All I can say is thanks Plumb&Co for having realtors that are so helpful.

Bob Plumb has represented my husband and I in several real estate transactions in Salt Lake City over the past 12 years - first as a listing agent from whom we purchased a home, then as our listing agent in selling two homes.  He has a thorough knowledge of Salt Lake Real Estate and I would recommend him without exception.
