Good service but you can get better food at any fast food joint. Tap beers were five bucks each. The wings looked pretty good but our table didn't have any. The Bloody Mary looked good to but not worth $16.

Stopped here after looking at a few things in Hugo and came by this place. Best wings I've ever had.

Not fancy. Not bad. Above average food and decent portions. Very busy during dinner hours. Good neighborhood bar

Kelly's is always a great place to go! Good food, good service, and clean for the first time since 1990! They always have "the game" on for you, and when there's no game, good music plays from the jukebox or a live band. In short, if you go to Kelly's and you don't have fun, it's you.

I love this place but disappointed when they close earlier than posted time. I would give a 5 star if it were not for this experience.  On 1-11-18 we were 3 of 4 people in the bar at 12:20 and it shows they close at 2:00.  Bar tender said we could only buy 1 round. We sat for an hour and paid tabs, could have bought a couple more rounds and played tabs longer. Could have bought more but moved on to another establishment instead.  Need to stick to the hours posted or at least stay open when customers are present.
