Dr Cahill is a good doctor. Unfortunately, he is part of the Lourdes big business machine. I was denied seeing him because I purchased a Humana policy through the exchange that they do not accept. I wanted to pay out of pocket for the visit but was told I could not due to some contract with Humana. This is what health care has become, big business.

I went here for a minor issue with my hand. The LPN and NP were friendly. My complaint is against the woman who checked me out. After noticing that my records said that I was a current every day smoker, I asked her if she could change it because I do not want that in my records. I do not smoke. She told me that I could just tell the nurse to change it next time I come back. However, I have no idea when I will be coming back as this was the first time I've ever been here. Then, she told me I could go online and login and change it myself. I asked her if they could just simply change it now while I'm here. Why do I have to go do their work? She said that they couldn't do that because she would have to get up to go to the back to get them. Oh, I am so sorry that I would have to ask you to get up from your chair and walk 10 feet to the nurses station so that they could correct the mistake that they had made. Finally, after I paid, I told her that I would not login online and change it myself. She then finally went to the back to get the nurses to correct it. On top of all of this, the facility is not handicapped accessible. Though I am not disabled, I had my two small children with me. I had to manage to get my stroller in one door, then cross a very small and narrow hallway to get to yet another door. There were no sliding doors or buttons to push. My only thought was if this is so difficult for me with two children and a stroller, I can't imagine how difficult it would be if someone were disabled. I probably won't be going back here.

I was a patient of Dr cahills for the longest time my new insurance has him as my pcp on my card and yet there telling me I still can't see him .

Dr. Cahill is the best doctor that I have ever been to. He gets right to the problem and tries to solve it right then and there. I would recommend him to anyone for almost anything.

We are new to the area, moving here from Katy, Tx. and we were very impressed with our experience. Wait time was normal (new patient forms), once called in the nurse did all of the usual info./vital check/etc. Waited only a few minutes for Dr. Kelly, he was very nice, felt very comfortable.
