I sent my jeans in to get extra heavy starch they had my Jeans for 2 day and charged me 38 dollars when I picked my jeans up they were not even close to being a heavy starch.
I am very disappointed with the service and customer service I received they also had a double crease in one pair of the jeans. I would not recommend anyone take there jeans here if you actually want them to get starched. My father who also takes his jeans here will now be taking his with mine to fort worth cleaners off main in downtown. When you ask them to heavy starch they do and they do it in one day not 2. I would also like to say that I have gave kens more then one opportunity to starch my jeans they have failed on every attempt.  I am very disappointed appointed so much so I am willing to drive 20 miles out of my way to get my jeans done right.

$30 to repair two garments. A tiny whole in Levi's, about the size of a pea. And a small rip in a button down shirt. For $30 I could have bought a new shirt and had money left over. There is another dry cleaner 100 yards away who will now get my business. 
Drastically over priced.

I was not an actual customer just thinking a manager or owner should know the way the employees conduct themselves I was sitting in front of a business 2 doors away and all I could hear was f$%& every other word from one of the women that worked in there for approximately 5 minutes raving that apparently a customer had called them a liar. Very unprofessional.they sounded as they should go back to work at the bar they said they had referenced to the customer of coming across to beat some a%&.
