It took them three times to finally get my dry cleaning request right! It's like they had no idea what I was talking about. All I requested was heavy starch and creased sleeves and finally on the third time they got it right. Then when I decided to give them another chance,  4 of the 6 items I brought in were not ready the next day. Apparently the cleaners they ship your items off to forgot an entire order and I didn't get my stuff until the following day. I'm not wasting anymore time or money with this company.

Came in, clearly stated how I would like my clothes to be done. Told I was able to pick it up at 5 came back in shirts weren't done to specifications told to pick them up in the morning. Called and the shirts were not going to be ready till later that day. Cashier girl said that this was a common occurrence. Unacceptable and will never come back here again, overpriced and bad service

I absolutely love Valet Cleaners.  I have been using them for over 6 years and my clothes are always perfect and the customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Best dry cleaner in Burleson, staff are also friendly and helpfull.
I would recommend this cleaner to everyone.
