Anyone who knows anything about the Shell Construction industry in South Florida knows that S&D is the upper echelon in the business.  When you contract with them, you are contracting with two men who have built their business from the ground up.  As well, you are contracting with a team of people they've hand selected over the years to help their business run like a well-oiled machine.  S&D is comprised of a dynamic, diverse and talented group of individuals who pride themselves on meeting client deadlines; regardless of project size or complexity.

S & D Contracting was very easy to work with and very professional. The staff responded quickly to emails and were very friendly. This company did a great job building the shell for our home. We will be using them again to build our detached garage and future endeavors. I highly recommend using this company.

Driveway done right!  We wanted to replace an old cracked, poorly sloped 70's driveway with a large circular driveway.  It was between pavers and concrete.   We ultimately went with concrete due to less maintenance and it's timeless.  Dan and his crew came in, gave us ideas on curves and landscaping, and fencing.  They were very hard working, efficient, and on point.  Thanks S&D!
