There may be some good stylists there my experiences on two separate occasions left me with horrible streaks and spots and highlights that were a 1/2” from my roots. I’m not going back a third time. For how expensive they are they should not be sending people home with these streaks and spots in their hair only to find it a day later. Management needs to start checking some of the staffs work better. There are so many good reviews that I must have just gotten a poor stylist but $165 for work like this is bad for business. I find it interesting that they have turned off the function to allow you to add photos on your Google review. A hair salon where stylists and customers are proud to show off they hair wouldn’t have to do that.

The salon services are always excellent, as are the spa services.  I just wish that this location offered the hydro-facial.  If it did and more promotions were offered, it would be perfect.

Contacted their customer support to figure out who could do my hair based on the history I gave them of my hair , what I wanted and my hair type. They told me id see one stylist and that she could do it no issue and i ended receiving an email saying I was with another stylist that refused to do my hair despite their customer service saying something opposite and I wouldn't have been so upset about it if she wasn't so damn rude about it . she made me feel like my hair was so disgusting  it made my sister as well as I upset and  uncomfortable and she also tried to tell me my hair would literally fall out which is a bit dramatic if you ask me . I don't know what their quality is for styling but their communication and manners need work .

I recently had my balanced nails by Lori. It is the best nail appointment I’ve had in a long time. The nail place I have been going to caused me alot of pain and my nails had uneven an uneven surface. There was also ruff edges around my nails. I will definitely be going back to Kenneths Salon in Reynoldsburg.
