Just moved to the area and had such a great experience! The girl working and a costumer where both so helpful and such kind people! The girl working was quick to answer my questions and was very sweet to my little girl! And the customer that bought my daughter nail polish as a welcome to Columbus gift thank you I truely appreciate you and your kind soul and I will for sure pay it forward! It was so nice to be able to have such a positive experience at this hectic time!

I'm a little upset because I was going to get developer for bleach and I have long hair which I explained. I asked her "will I need another thing of bleach?" She said no. I used it sparingly and I ran out. She was super nice I just wish she would have been a little more honest with me.

The staff here is rude . The manager is even worse and doesn’t know the job  . I miss the manager that was there many years ago I think her name was Jennifer . She was always pleasant and helpful and she knew her stuff. That’s who you need to bring back. I used to like coming to this location when her and her staff was there , now I’d rather order online to avoid that rudeness . I’ll never be going back there again !

I went in thinking I would have a positive experience as I usually do, but was shocked to her profanity laced music playing in the store. This made the experience pretty negative. Sally's may want to think about limit the staffs ability to play their own music. Also, it's a bit unprofessional to have your staff playing on their cell phones at the cash registers.
