Employee Andrew was super friendly and helpful. As for the other women that work there rude and a bit ignorant in my opinion. They messed up a background check of mine pretty bad. The only reason I keep going back is because they are super fast and convenient.

Although this will probably make them less busy which they would enjoy, I cannot recommend this BMV to anyone. Every time I have tried to save time by going to this local office, my wife and I have been given a bureaucratic run around and made to feel we are wasting their time. Often, they will tell us they need more documentation aside from what is provided by the state BMV. When we bring back said documentation, they will often still refuse or make another excuse as to why they cannot help us. 

Please, save your time and go to the main offices in Ravenna. Its usually more busy, but the attendants there are much more knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is so fast! I am a student from out of state who has never had an Ohio license. It took them less than 30 min to process everything. Their website is very clear about what things you need to bring. Also, the ladies working there were very nice!

Everybody here works really hard and always has the answers to every question I have.  Great People.  They also seem to be very patient with all of the "crazy" people they have to deal with.
