Nurses were awesome. Dr's were great. Too, the ones i had. I just got out after 4 days. Had heart attack last sunday but stupid me waited until monday to go to my dr. My doctor called amb. and when i got to hospital they rushed me into the O.R. Dr put two stents in. Done in under 2 hrs and i was awake thru out. No pain  thru radial. Cardio unit is great, they took good care of me and the place was very busy

Long wait in ER (been going here for over 20 years), but I have to say - The doctor who saw me recently was phenomenal. She had short blond hair,  wish I could remember her name.  She was very kind,  clear, and quick!

Incompetence at its Best

I was admitted to your Hospital on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, where I learned that a member of your Psychiatry Department “Certed” me, which meant I was to be held against my will for a mandatory 14 day Psych Evaluation and this so called “Doctor” reached his conclusion without even speaking to me as a patient, which goes against his oath of “First Do No Harm.”

I was informed of the decision by a nurse named Tina who told me I was being transferred to Butler Hospital to live out my mandated stay however, I contacted my attorney and demanded that I be transferred to another Hospital and I was transferred to Fatima Hospital instead.

At Fatima I was told by the Head of Psychiatry that I should never have been “Certed” in the first place because I was not mentally ill nor was I a threat to myself or society. The Head of Psychiatry said I could go home immediately but asked me to stay for two days so he could do testing that would stop the Police and others for sending me for psych evaluations. He did a CAT Scan and an EEG on my brain which conclusively revealed everything was normal and my release was immediate.

The doctor at your hospital was willfully and maliciously negligent in my care and is probably connected to the behavioral therapist and crooked Providence cop who have been trying to set me up for crimes I have never committed and trying to convince the world that I am mentally ill, so that no one would believe the evidence I have against these two people. (See Review under RI Hospital and Providence Police).

The doctor who utilized willful and malicious negligence should not only be reprimanded but should also be terminated and should lose his license to practice because unless a doctor spends time talking to a patient they certainly cannot diagnose that patient. I am convinced he/she is connected to the behavioral therapist who has utilized his professional training to force me to endure extreme psychological warfare, torment, torture and abuse of his power and criminal and unethical measures to try to destroy my good name and my reputation.

I will be demanding a full investigation into this hospital and the alleged doctor who Certed me without speaking to me before their diagnosis. Precious time was wasted and taken from my life.

To the administration, how would you like to be treated with the above actions that had zero merit??  Is this what you call "Ethical" medical practice at its best?
