My daughter had her baby there and everyone there was great, very friendly, and helpful. It was very nice there. I like the safety precautions they have in place to keep the  babies safe.  I would highly recommend this hospital.

Call them she said It's steady.  My back is killing me told her i didn't want to wait for hours.  Said she couldn't give me a wait time.  When is it never busy because every time I go I'm always waiting for hours.

I'm here often, with both of my parents, mother in law, and assorted family/friends. The care is top notch, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Once used to be a quality community hospital has gone to the crapper over the past 20 years, thanks to non-medical background leadership. Kent is run by your typical, modern day penny-pinching CEO types who take over by eliminating staff  with many years of experience, putting more on the current (who aren't already overworked) and hiring on lower-quality staff to replace the earlier ones replaced.  (To wit: few years ago, the 'genius' leader Sandra Coletta, in a cost-saving move, suddenly eliminated her staff of 45 (yes 45!) LPNs who had anywhere from 20-35 years experience with Kent!  Good job - get rid of experience and replace them with far less skilled CNAs.)  No doubt, in a few years time, Coletta will move on and lay waste to another hospital.

Took my wife there week ago to emergency room for treatment of severe leg pain.  Went there at 5 in morning - no one really there.  Told we'd be checked in - waited so long and wife was in so much pain, ended up leaving. Why? Because RN doing the checking in first of all rolled her eyes when told it was long-standing issue and clearly she though this was just some 'little cramp'.  

Place needs to get rid of crappy leadership and put someone who KNOWS what they're doing to make it what it once was - a quality, community hospital.  I wouldn't even take my dog there.
