I callec kents plumbing on monday november 13. Was told someone would come out on tuesaday. A TECHNICIAN CALLED on tuesday and was supise to come out on wednesday. He didnt show ,i left him a message he called back 2 1/2 hours after he was supise to be here to say he would vome on thursdsy no show. Then said would come friday the 17 th for 2 an no show no call. Called the office at 3:30 p.m an the mevhanical side answered said she would have someone  call an did not so they have poor service  get a zero  star rating from me do not recommend  this company at all.

We have been in new construction house, (approx. 3 years) and the plumbing was provided by Kent's Plumbing. We have had a bathtub combination leak and replaced.  In addition, I have replaced all toilet handle fixtures (3) due to its failure.  The main bath shower faucet handle and shower head are defective.  The master bath sink handle isn't working properly.   

When we contacted Kents, they advise that since the items are out of warranty that we should contact another plumber and to busy. (Only 3 years in new house)  Had the Faucet replaced after the faucet company sent me new replacement.  New Plumber stated that install is the reason for defect.  Faucet still doesn't work properly.

Very disappointed with Kents in quality of work and after care of their work and installments.
