Used their online scheduling service to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. When the technician never arrived, I called the home office and they said they tried to reach me but I didn’t respond so they cancelled the appointment. That would’ve been understandable, if it wasn’t a lie. I’ll be using the local guys that provide honest, quality customer service in the future.

Thought I had a grease clog so I poured drano down the kitchen sink which wound up not going down so I had drano sitting in my sink for 2 days. Kyle came and had to drain it all out which wound up overflowing out of buckets and onto the floor very quickly. He was a trooper despite getting Drano all over his hands which obviously burns! Great service and worth every penny for the amount of work that had to be done.

I see why the reviews are so low,  Dottie (lady who answers the phone) was extremely rude to me when I called to see what time the guy would be here.  Do not recommend them!  I'm all about great customer service, but she was horrible.   The guy,  Larry was sweet when he came to do the job.

If there's anyone else you can call, I urge you to do so.  I don't know how these people stay in business.  Just awful service and outrageous prices.

Terrible experience.  They charged me $145 for a 20 minute fix that required no parts.  They did this work before sending me a quote that I asked for.  Outrageous.
