First of all Yelp has more honest reviews about this place. I would have liked to give 0 stars if that was an option. The people that work at this store have no idea how to treat customers with respect. All they care about is how much money they can get from you because they are genuinely greedy. I went in like I always do with my mom and tried to buy something for a lot of weddings we have to go to. Instead of showing us what they had, the guy asked us what our price point is. He doesn't want to show us anything that is $100 or more because he thinks we can't afford that price. Now people tell me one thing, if this doesn't remind you of some sort of caste system I don't know what else will. As an American Indian customer I deserve to be respected and given the appropriate customer service, that is what will make me happy and keep me coming back. But when someone asks me for a price point instead of showing me what they have so I can decide what I want to pay as a customer that's not good customer service. Then if I'm telling my own mother that I don't like a certain piece of clothing they have, they have to butt in and say that I'm a difficult customer. Seriously people how would feel? These people are rude and greedy and only care about money not pleasing people at all. Go to India Selection because they have wayyyy better customer service and will actually talk to you like you are human and not a dog or in some sort of caste system. I've been in customer service for so long now to know that is not how you treat anyone that walks in your store. If you are American please don't go here because they will rob you for all you have

The worst experience ever. The owner was rude and not ready to show anything. When asked to show certain outfits he was getting annoyed and said that he didn't want to pull them out and unfold them. How can anyone buy a bridal outfit without Looking at a few. The young boy ( the son?) was friendlier but was afraid to show because of the father. We walked out telling them they lost a customer and many more. Do not go to this store. I would have given negative rating if allowed.

If I could rate this place a zero I would... worst customer service EVER! First, the lady in the front kept staring and giving me the most horrible hatefilled looks, she was giving the stank eye pretty damn strong. I then asked the male employee/owner if he had any salwar kameet for my children and I as any good Indian does, I tried to talk down the wayyy way already over priced outfit. I was then given a lecture and told about how his clothes are made of the best fabric and how the store in Portland that his Uncle has has cheap low grade fabric that only cheap people like indians from Fiji only buy. I was taken aback by this. I don't think he knew that my family is from Fiji. Anyways, worst customer service. I can still feel that lady's evil eye stare. Gives me chills. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I'll stick to my Portland location. Thanks!

The collection was good. However, the owners temperament was not at all customer friendly. Very pushy! I just tried 5 Sherwanis and he acted as if I wasted his time and I should have only entered his Store if I was "actually" going to buy from him. It seemed like he had a bad day. However, you cannot blame the customer.
