Most of the employees are pleasant. But the tall/thin lady with brown hair that usually works in the cosmetics area is not pleasant whatsoever. (I wish I knew what her name so it was easier to call her out) She is always raising her voice to customers who ask her questions, especially when they may not understand what she is telling them because English is not their first language. And my own experiences with her have not been any better. I’ve been a regular customer for years now, at least three times a week. And her behavior has made my coworkers and I actively avoid coming to this store when we know she is working. She does not have the patience or respect to be in customer service. I sincerely hope management listens to this review because I am sure I’m not the only former customer who has had a bad experience at this store because of this employee.

I'll give them 2 and 1/2 starts cuz it's half right by saying they store is open 24 hours. I was expecting the pharmacy to be open. I wouldn't have driven all the way here at 4am
