Horrible, my mom and I lived here for almost 4 years and when we went through a tough time all of a sudden no one wants to work with us. Terrible place to live and terrible customer service!

In the 1.5 years we've been here my overall opinion has changed. I wish we had waited and found a house. My entire home is dry rotted/ falling apart. Black mold growing in my bedroom, kitchen floor collapsing, ceiling falling apart, light switches falling off the wall. I had to battle a roast infestation when we moved in, fortunately we paid and it has been taken care of; this place claims to do pest control, what a joke. We were told many many lies which ended up getting us SEVERAL fines. The office works whenever it's convenient to them, and the neighbors party until 5 am. We sank all our funds into living here, wish we had waited. If I could give negative reviews I would.

Terrible management. Unprofessional and rude staff. The office is only open when they want to and they’re not whiling to help you out or answer any of your questions. Terrible place to live.

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Maintenance doesn't know how to do their job correctly and they only do things on their time when they feel like it. Or they'll even lie to and say everything is okay and it's not. The people in office will sell you anything to get you into a mobile home and then treat you like dirt after you move in. Ridiculous. Horrible place

Spoke with Chastity and Applied for housing on 10/11/17. Was told the brand new trailer I was shown would be avail the first week if not the second in November 2017. My application was placed and 45 application for given. My application was ran (per Credit Karma alert). Called 24 hours later, spoke with male, and was told that all trailers were first come first served meaning who ever put the deposit in first would receive the home. Was told application take 24-48 hours to process. Called 48 hours later to inquire about application and spoke with same male who explained application was ran, and Chastity was waiting for approval from supervisor. Male informed me that two other people applied for the home and two were approved with no deposits "I haven't asked for the deposit yet." Was told Chastity would get back to me. I called over the weekend and left Voicemails, but no one returned my call. Was able to speak with supervisor Carmen Weeks via phone on 10/19/17. Per Carmen Application was not ran due to home not being avail for over 60 days. PEr Carmen if an application for trailer takes over 60 it will have to be ran again. Carmen informed of all VM left and attempts to receive update on application. Carmen informed me that Chastity was new, and male I spoke with provided me with incorrect information. Carmen offered to refund my 45 dollars via mail. I provided my mailing address, but later offered option for sister to pick up. Carmen informed me during second call that application and money would be refunded, and they would call when place was ready. Carmen informed me that application was in fact ran and she read from my results. Carmen was informed that I was aware that application was ran. Carmen proceeded to explained that need to resubmit application when home is avail therefore pulling my credit again. When my sister arrived to pick up refund Carmen provided a reason why money would not be refunding. I called and spoke with Chastity who gave reason, and I ask why wasn't I contacted via phone. Chastity stated that she was unaware of refund option. Chastity was sitting close by during conversation with Carmen because she could be heard in the background discussing application status. At this time I have been a victim of fraud, and scam. I will be seeking legal counsel. Also this property is not Accredited with the Better Business Bureau but a complaint will be filed for fraudulent activities. Please do not rent from this company.
