I have been visiting there ever since I got my German shepherd puppy. I been there in times when it was really busy and The Times when it hasn't been. Times where I just walked in or set up an appointment. You definitely feel a bit more interaction with the staff when it's less busy and receive more attention but when it's busy they just go through the motions and try to send you out the door. Especially when you have an appointment time and are called 15 minutes after. It doesn't rob me of my money and staff are good but every business changes when they get busy they start to lose their personal touch

The staff are always friendly & helpful. They have a walk-in clinic in the afternoon for convenience. The doctors are very knowledgeable of my pets health issues. I have taken many pets there over the years.

This is the best place to take your pet! The staff and doctors are all very kind and loving with your pets. They treat them like they are their own pets. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone!! When my baby Tootsie had to be sent to the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Rosenquist was very caring. She knew how much Tootsie meant to me and she gave me time to say goodbye before I had to let her go. She was crying right along with me when Tootsie passed. They took care of Tootsie her whole life. 11 years. I even got a condolence card from the entire staff. They gave a donation to a no-kill shelter in Tootsie's name. How many vets do you know that do that??. I am sorry for the people who gave the bad reviews, but there are some people who wouldn't be happy if you did everything right, they just are mean hearted and like to spew malice. This hospital is the best! I live in Greensboro now, but I still travel to this vet for my dogs. I don't trust anybody else!!

The doctor and staff provided excellent service! An excellent explanation concerning my dogs illness and treatment was given! The receptionist was courteous and officiate! I was very pleased with the service! I will return again whenever it is necessary to keep my dog healthy!

They did great and were on it! They knew what was going on and fixed him right up!
