I could not have had a better selling and buying experience!!! The entire team was amazing throughout the entire process! Our agent Terry Harris went above and beyond helping us find a new home and was always available to answer any questions. At the last minute when the buyers backed out the Kerrs purchased our house at the appraisal price!! I can not say enough good things about the entire team!

There are so many positive things to say about how we were treated by Kerr Team Real Estate.  I will try to mention as many of them as possible, however there probably isn't enough space.  First, Scott Bacon provided his flexibility, time and expertise in the Norman, OK market and we were so profoundly pleased with how he was always a professional and so very kind.  He made us feel very comfortable and treated us like we were his only client when he was with us.  He never seemed rushed or didn't make us feel like we were intruding on his time even when he was on vacation in South Carolina and helped us with the offer on our current residence.  I can't say enough about Scott and his dedication to see us find the home we so dearly wanted.  He will always have my vote of confidence to refer someone to him regarding real estate.  Second, the entire Kerr Team was a pleasure to work with as well; from Wally, Cindy and Scott to all of the staff that helped us as well.  A special thank you to Wally as well for closing on the home we sold, our home search and to him for providing Scott Bacon to help us with our purchase of a home.  There are so many other things to mention as this was a long process and the flexibility and understanding by the Kerr Team was very impressive to say the least.  Thank you so much for your help in finding our home.

Jo was fabulous to work with.  She helped us get the perfect house for our daughter and her new husband.  She always responded timely and she truly cared about us.  She talked us through a very competitive bidding process and we were lucky to be the winning bid. Thanks so much.  It was a very pleasant experience.

The Kerr team especially my agent, Brad Willard, really did a great job selling my house in a short time. The Kerr team implements a system that makes me easier to set up the showings of my house, get the feedback from the prospective buyers, sign documents electronically, etc. The Kerr team helped  me go through the process smoothly. The closing went so fast in less than three weeks after the contract. I trully appreciate their hard work and I highly recommend the Kerr team especially Brad if you want to sell or buy a house. Thank you, Brad and the Kerr team!

We had the pleasure of working with Paul Henrion to purchase our home. He truly went above and beyond to get us into the perfect home. He's easygoing, extremely knowledgeable of the area, his communication is on point, and he lays everything out like it is without any pressure whatsoever.
