Becky and her team are simply the best. After putting our home on the market with another realtor 2 years prior for SIX months, with over 30 showings and NO serious bids, we were reluctant to try again. But we were ready to move! I was referred to Becky by my sister, who sold her home with her and of course Becky sold it over a weekend. Hoping to have that same luck, we called Becky and once listed, she sold our house in FOUR HOURS! I believe a great deal of the success is due to the way Becky helped guide us in "staging" while we still lived there, and the high tech camera that Sandra came out and set up that allowed for a virtual tour for online buyers. Our home was featured in its best light and all our favorite features really popped with the 365 degree view! A total of three showings was all it took, and of those, we had to refuse the 2nd offer because the first one offer was full price and we'd already signed the acceptance forms! Then came the fun part of buying our next home! While there were a few bumps and bruises along the way, Becky and her team were wonderful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Shelly works behind the scenes to make sure the process is flawless. She met us at closing with a smile and all the support in the world. It was nice to thank her in person for all the assistance she gave us through the process. We closed last week and Becky was there to celebrate with us! We really love the whole team! If you are thinking about selling your house in the OKC Metro, you'd be crazy not to go with Becky.  But be warned, you'd better be serious because her houses do NOT stay on the market long! Get your boxes packed, you're going to have a SOLD sign in your yard faster than you think!

Becky Ivins and her company Movers Real Estate helped sell our home in three days. She provided expert guidance on what we should expect during the process and how we should stage our home to attract more offers. We received 2 offers in three days, and Becky helped us negotiate the best offer.

Becky was the selling realtor when I purchased my home 3 years ago and I was so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and assertiveness that I contacted her when I decided to sell the home. She was immensely helpful guiding me on which of the 5 offers I received was the best and she stayed on top of the transaction until we closed. No one knows Oklahoma real estate better than Becky and her team! I am once again very impressed!

Within my family, we have had excellent experiences with Movers Real Estate and Becky Ivins on two occasions -- as BOTH the buyer and seller.  Several years ago when helping my older sister find her special home in OKC, Becky worked as our Realtor to not only show properties but really to be her advocate with the seller.  There were very real benefits, in the form of additions to the property that were negotiated, that my sister would have never had without Becky's influence!  Then we closed as the seller on the sale of our home 10 days ago.  From the first consultation, through every phase of preparing the house to sell, and all the way through closing Becky and Movers Real Estate was there with us, again being our advisor and advocate.  I could never imagine trying to sell a property on my own, and now I know from experience that Movers Real Estate thinks of EVERY detail in the process.  My wife and I are SO thankful to have them with us during the process of selling!
