I wouldn't do business with anyone other than Kevin Dunn. He is the epitome of a professional agent and will do anything he can to try and help you. He is honest and will make sure that you understand your  policy and how you can best be prepared in the short and long term. Wouldn't trust my home, vehicles or property with anyone else. He and his office staff are just outstanding!!!!!

Horrible quote from this man Kevin Dunn. First he called me a liar, then he treats me like I am his kid, but further more makes me feel ashamed to even calling his office. I will state that the first person that answered my call was a very well educated women, who was very kind, and great customer service. As far as her boss? He could learn a few things like not mistreating his customers and making false accusations. Call another insurance agent like Henry marsh, very happy with them. Amazing team and family.

What a mess we went through with this company branch trying to establish a General Liability Insurance policy with an addition insured company.
We origanly asked for an issurance policy under our LLC licensed name. The proposal came back as a DBA account. We had to fix that, than we had such a hard time opening all of the policy files as they looked like scans. It took all day to get something corrected.
After getting this squared away the policy stated the start and end date were posted were the same date.
Then we had to contact the agent for the (FITH TIME) to make changes again.
Again we had a hard time opening the file. This guy should spend more time on his business other than his social politics around town. This person should not be conducting business as a professional agent.

My name is Mr Gregory R Hawkins, Kevin Dunn is the most unprofessional,arrogant individual, I have ever talk with over the  phone. He also has a condescending tone. I recommend, if your searching for a great Insurance agent Kevin Dunn, will not be your candidate.
