As an insured, and prior supporter, I feel betrayed by Ross Turner's vote on the SC Gas Tax.  If I can't trust him to watch my back in the legislature, why would I expect proper insurance protection of my insured interests? An appalling situation, and very disappointing.

I would expect poor service from a Hack that allowed the passing of the S.C. Gas Tax.  Study it folks... it's much more than 2 cents a year.  It is much more than that, and it will live in perpetuity.  Very Lindsey Grahamish.  Folks, all we can do is vote for who we believe.  People change.

Service on the front end was excellent and offered good, competitive rates. However, when I called to inquire about a claim the service was disappointing. I expected someone interested in finding out more about my situation, trying to offer understanding and help. Instead I got five reasons why I should not have called and should not consider filing a claim. Having an incident (in this case a ruptured water pipe) is stressful enough. I guess this is the difference between having an agent and having a broker. Currently shopping elsewhere.
