I’ve done business with Kevin’s many times in the  victorville mall. And each time has been great. The associates are all so pleasant to deal with. And Ryan has went out his way above and beyond to satisfy us today. What a amazing and blessed young man he is. Thank you Kevin family again and may you all be blessed through and through ❤️🙏🏽

My wife and I bought a ring for our daughter for Christmas, we had problems and were instructed to call customer service. For the next 8 business days for at least 30 minutes each time, I tried to get thru to them. They never answered the phone once not did they ever call me back. The deals may be good but I would never wish their customer service on anyone. Better to go anywhere else!

I needed a duplicate receipt to be reimbursed for a necklace that was stole while staying at a hotel. I contacted Kevin Jewelers by phone and was told it was unknown if they could email me the receipt and would check and call me back. They never called back and when I called they said they could not email it to me, but would mail it to me. I see no difference and there unwillingness to help was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have purchased jewelry from them on several occasions and was not expecting to be treated so horribly. If you are in the market for jewelry just know Kevin Jewelry does not provide customer service as simple as emailing a duplicate receipt and would rather make you come into the store. They said it was to protect my personal information, but that was a lie, because the only information on the receipt is my name. I was then provided with a customer service phone number that went to voicemail every time I called it.

The staff was courteous and informative they helped me in my situation and did not try to force me to do more than I could actually do.
 I appreciate that type of service and that is what would make me come back.
