Unfortunately I worked there. Amazing customers and some employees! It sickened me to hear the owner say "well she wasn't high enough" or the some uneducated employees say very rude things about patients. It is never okay to talk about a persons mental illness or medical condition to judge.

Something not right..... Multiple occasions I have questioned with concerns but they have been friendly until the final outcome..... I get the same medicine monthly-- it was time for my refill and I dropped the paper prescription off to them. I gave them three days to pick it up, they said they did not have it in stock. I would have to wait an additional 4 days due to the holiday. (This is a medicine I could not go without) I asked for my paper prescription back and I took it elsewhere. When the other pharmacy tried filling it, the insurance said Kex Rx had already filled my order..... Hmmm what?!? No! It was such a headache. 
I went back and got all of my paper prescriptions they had on file to take them elsewhere.... They were not as friendly to me thereafter!

I am so glad that KexRx moved into town! You get real, personal care that you don't get at the big chain stores like CVS and Walmart!  They're very reasonably priced, the staff are friendly and courteous, and they have a great location here in Atchison.  I highly recommend them if you have a prescription to fill, and we use them on a regular basis!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It's nice to have that home-grown quality about a pharmacy buisiness again. The big pharmacies just don't care like the small town ones do. It seems Kex has everything you could need, but if not I'm sure thney could get it in the next day.

The only thing I wish, was that they had longer hours. it's working in ST. joe makes it difficult to get back to town in time.
