THE STAFF SAW HOW PASSIONATE I WAS ABOUT FINDING FOCUS VITAMINS FOR MY SON. ONE PHARMACIST STATED SHE WOULD GET WITH ANOTHER PHARMACIST AND THEY CREATED FOR MY SONS SPECIFIC NEEDS

Have been dealing with them for Lasik practice compounding needs for the last year.  Best service I've had from any compounding pharmacy so far.  The staff are always willing to help out and will honor promises made by other staff members.

Computer error!!
I am a family physician in Georgia, but most often use O'Brien's pharmacy for my bio-identical prescriptions. I chose them because of their exemplary customer service, knowledge and experience. Today, they averted a potential prescriber's mistake. 
Our office switched electronic patient  records last fall and some of the individualized compounding prescriptions did not transfer in their entirely to the new record,  and got truncated .  I refilled a BHRT prescription today, but it was missing  the last two ingredients.  
The pharmacy noticed,  called me,  and we corrected the error BEFORE the compound was made and BEFORE the patient got the wrong thing. 
 We deeply regret the computer error but LOVE the  individual attention to detail from O'Brien Pharmacy! Great job, team O'Brien. Best of the best, once again. :)

Dealt with an extremely rude, condescending pharmacist who clearly just wanted to close up early and was irritated by my presence. They had no one available who could answer questions about the use of homeopathics and essential oils in children -- even though they sell these products. I even pulled out my smart phone to try to research myself (no service) when the pharmacist refused to do any research for me. I would never return. I went to Whole Foods after I left and found helpful people who took to their computers in the back to research and find out what would best help me and my family.
