Kirsten from Key Realty is a friend of mine. I have volunteered with her and always enjoyed working with her. I was even more impressed when she was our buyer's agent to get our dream house; her attention to detail and drive to get what the client wants was impressive and extensive. Simon helped us sell our old house, and I feel like that process went as smooth as it could have gone thanks to his and Kirsten's help. As an added bonus, they are also great with young kids during your meetings with them or others related to the buying/selling of real estate.

Kirsten helped us buy our dream home and helped a friend of mine buy our old house. Simon helped us sell our old house. Both were great to work with and excellent with little kids (two boys, 3 and 6). I also suffer from anxiety, so this whole thing was a lot for me. Kirsten was wonderful about calming me down and being supportive. I never want to move again, but if I did, I'd go through them without a second thought.

I would recommend Key Realty when selling a home. Simon (and Deb) were a pleasure to work with . Simon is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. We had two offers the first day on the market and closed on time with an over the asking price offer. I would absolutely recommend Simon and Key Realty.

Simon Smith of Key Realty was highly recommended to me, I was told he was the best of the best in realty. At the first meeting he listened to what I said I wanted. He asked questions to pin point details, which helped me to think about what I really, realistically wanted in a home. Within a week, he found the perfect home for me, exactly what I wanted. He continued to work hard, negotiating, getting answers to my questions, and being available whenever needed. Buying my home was quick, easy, and less costly due to Simon's hard work. I recommend Simon to everyone I know who is buying or selling a house. He is truly the best of the best.

Working with Michele Bucknell was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She will find you the right fit for you, and help you negotiate the best deal possible. We are lucky to have worked with Michele and hope to use her again some day!
