Story

Christin founded her real estate career with the vision of giving her clients, colleagues and the Real Estate industry; respect, honesty, integrity and professionalism. She is client focused; and strives to provide her clients with consideration based on their individual needs, goals and desires. High energy, diligence, tenacity, compassion and attention to detail are the core elements to her personal and professional philosophy. Christin’s ultimate goal is to serve her clients well and provide comprehensive service; tailored to her clients’ distinct needs.
Christin’s attention to detail and vast background in property management and sales, have taught her that the ability to listen is essential to being a successful agent. Her experience in event coordination and marketing, bring a unique skill set to the real estate industry that fuel her ability to reach a multiple client sources in a strategic manner. Investment properties are a niche and strength for Christin Her understanding of the real estate market and rental markets in Central Oregon is an asset that serves her clients well.
Christin returned to Central Oregon in 2006, subsequent to completing her Bachelors of Science degrees at the University of Georgia. After living in all four corners of the United States, she chose to make Central Oregon her home.
Christin believes that community service is a key component to the economic health and overall vitality of the community she serves; thus she subscribes to code of servant leadership. She is an active volunteer with the Living Legends of Aviation, the Kiddie Hawk Air Academy, the Deschutes Economic Alliance, Co-Serve International, Share the Warmth Annual Coat Drive, Heaven Can Wait Breast Cancer Walk and Sparrow Club of Central Oregon. She is also on the Board for the Central Oregon Economic Forecast Project, as well as, the event coordinator for the CERF annual business conference.
