My daughter's hair was completely destroyed by these people. The big lady with glasses was a total ass and had an attitude because I instructed her NOT to clip her ends. I left to go get my other daughter's hair braided and came back to my daughter's hair being so severely damaged from the extreme heat I could have punched her fat ass in the face. She then kept saying "you're gonna need to clip her ends" and saying she didn't cut her hair at all. Yeah okay. Beware of that ugly ass woman. The owner does a good job, but you can tell from the fat chicks hair that she really can't take care of her own head. I will never go there AGAIN!

BAD EXPERIENCE. A young lady washed my hair with cold water, water splashed in my face several times, and the worst part was she had to me sit up but did not place a towel over my hair so water dripped down my back and got my shirt wet. After she was done she left me in the hair washing room without saying a word. I was so confused. Lol Afterwards, another lady started on my hair and didn't even place an apron around me. She then proceeded to roughly brushed my hair with a tiny comb all I could see and hear was my hair breaking off. My hair is very easy to comb out I have lose curls and medium thick hair. My hair looked great afterwards but I've paid the same price at another salon and had better treatment for the same services. I will NEVER come back here.
