The staff is super rude.  Asked for a room with big bed,  got two small beds, the shower drain was clogged and the room smelt worse than a smokey bar.  Second night we got a different room.  Had awful smell, it smelled like vomit and air spray, the sink was clogged,  toilet was clogged . TV did not work and WiFi did not work.  The next morning I made my concerns known to the manager, my girlfriend at some point spoke with someone else. We came back for a 3rd night,  they would not even rent us a room because they stated we complain too much. What kind of customer service are you running. Am I wrong for paying for a room I expected to at least use a toilet and sink? I can get past the TV and WiFi not working but when I want to use a sink, toilet, or shower I expect it to be clean and working I'f I didn't I would just go camping because the mattress was nothing to be proud of in room 111.  Which also had 2 small beds rather 1 king. I highly recommend econolodge, freshly remodeled,  clean room and bathroom.  They have a large TV that works, towels etc.. that are clean and brand new. The whole facility is new or just renovated.  It was $10 more and way worth it,  plus free breakfast!

This place sucked, I will never stay here again, the rooms smell like burnt rubber. The water was cold and the towels were ruff. The said one price on the phone but when I got here the price had went up.
