This was absolutely horrible I have been a customer with these banks since it was the savings bank of Manchester 20+ years ago. I went in to cash coins with the machine they used to have that is no longer available to use. The teller was very snippy with me and very unfriendly, When I asked about the machine. Very rudely told me I could roll the coins myself. I thought banks were supposed to take and manage your money not be rude to a loyal customer. I may have to change my bank for this. Absolutely unprofessional for bank tellers to act this way.

My mother opened an account with both our names on it when I was very young (Unfortunately the account has been moved around because the banks keeps switching ownership) and I needed to withdraw some money, so I went in there with the account number and my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. And she claimed I couldn't withdraw any money despite the fact that I am 21 and my name is on the account, claiming it was a "custodial" account. I called my mother, who called bull****, and I reiterated that I absolutely could because I was no longer a minor, and the teller rudely said that it didn't matter and I'd have to come back with my mother. Today she closed out the account and neither of us will be doing business with Key Banks again because those were not the rules explained to her when the account was switched last. Neither of us have time for nonsense like that.

The customer service at keybank is a total Trainwreck. I had gone into keybank to cash my paycheck and thought the teller had accidentally dropped my change in front of me, however I quickly realized I was wrong when she also threw the cash down in front of me as well. One week later I received the same service and collected my scattered pile of money off of the counter, thanked the teller, and left to find a new bank. 

Of the five keybank ATMs in my area, four of them have been so frequently out of order (not constantly, just frequently) that they are not even worth checking anymore. 

I miss my old bank. They had ATMs that worked and when I went inside they handed me my money like professional Bank employees and not Snoop Dogg in the 'drop it like it's hot' video.

I have been a customer for some 30 plus years, since it was "Savings Bank of Manchester" and "Tolland Bank".  
* Since the Key Bank takeover, my paychecks are withheld for TWO BUSINESS DAYS.  
* I have scheduled transactions on the Key Bank website.  For example, I scheduled a payment of my Eversource electric bill.  The bill was never paid, causing me to be 30 days plus past due.  
* The Key Bank app says that I have $1300 available in my checking account, yet my debit card was declined for a $100 transaction at Staples.  
* I have withdrawn an IRA CD ON THE MATURITY DATE (not premature).  The fee for withdrawal after two years exceeded the meager interest earned (roughly 0.25% interest on an 18 month CD).  So I got a distribution of less money than I deposited 2 or 3 years earlier.
