Best service ever! Teller had to get manager and Olga was very helpful and to the point. She took care of everything quickly and explained everything as she went. 

I will recommend this bank to all my friends, great staff, love the free popcorn too!

We saw the commercials on TV. Loved the ads they were humorous and what they said about the acct terms sounded good. We came in and staff (branch mgr and head teller) were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and helped us get the right products for our needs. And they even offer popcorn in the lobby. Nutmeg State is a great credit union. I recommend it to everyone.

Bank is good and all the features and the way it works with savings and checkings account is good even app .. But when i go to this manchester bank these people dont know how to talk to customers especially this 1 male person always got a attitude.. But i stay humble... Just be more respectful so there wont be no problems

Terrible to deal with. You cant get through you have to listed to a long recording then guess an extension to then wait for the phone to be picked up. I asked for an extension for next time I called and they wouldn't give it to me. 
One of my employees tried to cash a check they said it would not go through (more than sufficient funds in the account) hit him with a fee then refused to talk to me about it.
