The staff is helpful and has gone the extra mile to take care of my Dad. They are welcoming and friendly. Some of the bank policies are cumbersome, but the staff has been amazing.

Don't go to Key Bank. I had to get angry and forceful to get them to stop harassing me with robodialer calls. They finally stopped because it was a wrong number and they meant to be harassing someone else. Don't deal with a company that is rude by policy, take your business elsewhere.

Horrible because I realized it after only a couple weeks opening an account there very horrible customer service everytime I go to cash a check or make a deposit it takes about 45 minutes through the drive-thru!! Won't recommend this thing to anybody and if you're thinking about opening an account with them don't !! View your options!!
