Been with them since 2002 
And noticed over the years customer service sucks I go in to do my banking and they act like they don't want to serve me have had tellers ignore me and help people in back of me going to change credit unions

I would give it five stars although I called to a different branch. The woman I spoke to was wonderful and helpful. However she did tell me the branches were open on Saturday so I was going to go into one today. They aren't, which isn't enough to rate them lower even. What irked me was you could talk to someone on the phone but ONLY if you are applying for a new loan. If you have a loan I'm progress or an existing account, you're sol on the weekends. That is a bit sleezy. Not a lot sleezy, just a bit.

Let's see, 18 Years with this Credit Union and they took Money out of my Account because I just use to Save Money in??  Really?  Go to someone with a little more grasp of the idea behind Customer Service.  Savings accounts are for money that You put into a bank and don't touch it.  But if You don't touch it they will charge You an exorbitant fee as they make money loaning Yours out.  Admitted to me on the Phone that they haven't enforced this Rule for Decades but decided to start without telling anyone.  BEWARE.  America First, Mountain America, all great alternatives.
