I would like to say I am extremely happy for the service Max gave me as soon as I went into the dealership. He took care of us from beginning until the end. I was pleased with the service, honesty, and quick response he gave us about our inquiries. He helped me narrow down the car I wanted and the financing options that were fit for me. I also want to thank the Gentlemen but I cannot recall his name. He was a tall guy With muscles who was the finance manager I believe. I want to thank him for his clarity and service. Woodland Hills Honda gave us exceptional service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sexism at its best and scam artist. My daughter have been looking for a new used Honda for months and finally found the one that fell within her needs and budget. I called the dealership to make sure they still had the car in stock and then sent her to test drive the car. Over the phone with me, the salesperson (Arvin) was trying very hard to sell an optional car theft package at an $789.00 which I told him we didn't want. My daughter test drove the car and loved it, was approved based on her excellent credit score at 0.9% interest, and was ready to close the deal. Despite that I and my daughter have already told them several times, that we didn't want the additional anti theft package, they continued to push for such deal. In the final written offer at 0.9%, under fees they had listed a total of $1,009.00. When questioned about the fees, it finally showed that they have included the anti theft package under fees, despite that we have told them many times, we didnt want it. When told again, that she didn't want that option, they backed off on their original offer and increased the interest to 2.9%. Keyes Woodland Hills are not in the business of selling cars, but selling additional accessories, despite if the customer wants it or not. They do not honor their offers and if you are a female, they will go to an extra length to screw you. As a father, I am flying mad at them for trying to screw my daughter, because I was not there and despite to prior phone conversation with the sales department, they still tried to screw my daughter.

This was such an amazing experience. I hate looking for cars and these guys made the experience epic. So much fun and I feel happy and excited about my car; not overwhelmed and ripped off. These guys had my back and got me a nice deal. So happy!!

I went to Keyes Woodland Hills Honda to get my car and I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales reps were very welcoming, kind, and answered all my questions. It was the quickest and easiest car purchase I've done. They made the process so smooth and I will definitely recommend Keyes Woodland Hills Honda to everyone!! Thanks guys for all your help and my new car!

Sales Person Ron first came at me and because I guess I'm a young female as I was looking around at the cars the guy told me that some of those cars were out of my price range! What would he have known what my ranges were without even know who i was what i do??? Then not only that they tried making a sale but I wouldn't budge if the car wasn't white I hate any other color white isn't so hard to maintain. So they had every color but white so the sales manager Arman tried to sweeten the deal by giving me a final monthly price which i agreed too by the time I got to financing Arman didn't tell them that the dealer would pay registration and all those excess things that the financing guy tried to add saying it was my responsibility which Arman agreed to paying but i got a bogus deal not only that financing said Arman was gone so couldn't speak to him about the deal we had made so I left signing it without agreeing (it was 9pm and i had a crying 6month old baby) i spent like 5-6 hrs there. Not only that i called the next day to speak to Arman what a surprise he wasn't there so then called for the next 2 weeks no call back no nothing. So let that go a few months later American Honda calls saying I owe on my previous lease which Arman had said he would pay completely off I had nothing to worry about. So I called the dealer they had no idea said they had already paid it off took them the paper work that American Honda kept sending me the so called "sales manager" said he would certainly call me back never did... then i kept calling American Honda apparently it was paid off dealer just never bothered to call I was pissed because not only did they give me their ripped off contract that they had me sign but they jacked my credit up and when i went in to the dealer I was so frustrated with their run around I confronted the guy he just said I'm so sorry I don't believe I did that and I wanted to speak to someone higher up he's like i am higher up he was a sales manager not an actual store manager nothing. Ive called to speak to the General Manager can never get a hold of him I've emailed and have never gotten a response nothing. So over this dealer never going back there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
