I went for regular service to Woodland Hills Lexus last week. They are very professional, honest and reasonable. Sherry Mac exceeded my expectation as she always does with her customer service. She under promises and over delivers wit a smile .  I will go back again and again.

I leased a 2017 Lexus ES 350. My sales person was very patient, helpful, understanding, informative, and very generous in helping me lease a new car. I understand that I can a very picky and impatient client. My sales person was very kind and understanding to all my needs. If she's still around when my lease is up, I would gladly go back to see Elena to get another new vehicle. Everyone is financing was very kind, generous and helpful. My entire leasing experience was great. Thank you!!

Best car buying experience by far in my long history of the itch to have a new ride. The car is awesome but the sales and service staff are great. Thanks to Anthony, Christian, Jeff , and London. 
If your looking to buy a new car make Lexus of Woodland Hills your first stop. You won't be disappointed.

OMG. I had an extremely great experience at Lexus of Woodland Hills. Ed, who had been employed there for 2 days, really took care of me. I have an RCF, which is my most favourite car, and I've had cars for 50 years. Ed listened to me carefully to get the full story of my problem. Ed called out 2 shop supervisors who listened to the car with me. They were great. I left confident that would find the problem. They did indeed. It was a bad fuel pump. I had previously been to another dealership. They were not interested in getting it resolved. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly.

This was the best experience that my wife and I ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.  The Clear Price program does the market research for you so you don't have to have a negative experience.  The staff is very friendly; with a special shout-out to Fidel, who was our salesman
