I got an estimate for a fence for my backyard. $4700 vinal $4000 wood for 185 linear feet. Good price actually. So I asked them to recommend a surveyor and they did. The surveyor was excellent and had the work done in 7 days. I called keystone back and informed them that they might want to come measure again because I owned less than I thought I did and I didn't want them to order more materials than needed. They never responded. I called multiple times and also, no response. I'm literally trying to throw money at them and they can't even pick up the phone and return my calls. I even drove there and talked to the receptionist who was kind and understanding. She dug up my estimate and put a note on it and put it on the desk of one of the owners I'm assuming. And still no call back. I really wanted to keep my business local, but im not going to beg to get the work done. I just don't think they care enough about the little guy and all they want is big industrial jobs. But at least call me.

Horrible!!  Left 6 to 8 inch gaps at the bottom, when they knew we had little dogs.  Incompetent,over priced, and unprofessional.   Do not hire this company. You will regret it.
