I purchased 2015 33BD Cross Roads travel trailer at the end of 2014. It all started when I purchased the unit from Pete's RV in Indiana. The unit had water on the floor by the big slide. It was noted on our contract that they were going to address where it was going from. They never did. We went through the unit and found many items broken or missing. The floor in the bunk room had a large bubble in the linoleum. As well did the front bedroom. The ceiling panels were bulging. When we went to pick up the trailer things where still not completely fixed and they damaged the skirting. They had the trailer to fix these items from December 2014 to mid April 2015 then we took possession. After having the trailer from April till October, we found more issues with the camper. The burner would not turn on, the camper filled with gas when we ran out of gas, the gray tank would emit a sulfur smell throughout the camper, the flush out valve failed and filled the under belly and under the sink with water, the floor in the bunk house was uneven. They could not get it in until December 2015. The camper stayed at the dealership again from December 2015 to mid April 2016 to fix these problems. We got it back and several problems we're not fixed. The floor they just put a level down and basically said "yep it's uneven". Nothing we can do. They didn't even bother to figure out what the problem was and why it was uneven. The gray tank valve was never replaced, the stove burner still does not work. The ceiling still has bulges in it. So we arranged to have it taken back in August 2017 to have the gray tank fixed. However, as we used it the 2017 camping season we found out why the floor was uneven. It was rotting from water damage. So in August 2017, we took it back to the same dealer for the third time to have the following issues addressed. The bunk room floor which was very soft, the ceiling panels bulging, and we had a lot of water in the front slide which made the everything wet from the slide, the bathroom, and the front bedroom. They had the trailer from August to October. They refused to fix anything because it was out of warranty. Even though we took it in when it was under warranty to have all of these problems addressed. Now I have contacted Keystone customer service I was told to bring it to a different dealer and that dealer found, with the floor that it was a manufacturer's defect. There is caulk in the water drainage channel and that was not allowing the water to escape the camper but instead to seep in the camper and damage the floor. The dealer sent in the warranty paperwork to have the work done and it was rejected because it was out of warranty. Even though I was told verbally that if it was a manufacturer's defect it would be considered a manufacturer's error and would possibly be fixed. Now I am sitting with a $30,000 unusable unit. So I asked Keystone to do the right thing and fix my camper. They "respectfully decline" because it not their fault." It's my fault I put the caulk under the slide" and the new dealer doesn't know what there talking about. Never buy a Keystone product. Save your money!

Receivers are the worse receivers out there no motivation no insentive go above there expectation bare minimum is all you get
