My dog had to go in for a medical emergency this week. The intake tech Hannah was lovely and Dr. Kim Russell was great. I was initially charged over $1,000 for the emergency intake and care which was expected. The next day I came in to pick her up and asked for a courtesy nail-trim. After a total of $1,220 for simple fluids and scans I figured a nail-trim wasn't too much to ask. The manager Brandy refused to trim her nails and said it would be an extra $30. My dog had been missing for 3 days prior (why she was there) and needed basic hygiene for her care. Brandy was so stingy and tried to make extra money from me after a horrible ordeal. I will never bring another animal of mine to this hospital. The care was fine but there are other more advanced vets in the area.

I can't express the gratitude I have to the amazing team that saved Chloe's life. Truly a remarkable compassionate staff from the front desk, nurses and the amazing doctors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Chloe's. Love, Dawn & Chloe

Absolutely loved my experience here. They are very kind, respectful, and professional. They treated my drama queen gsd gently and built up her trust to be able to manipulate and palpate her leg, which has been bothering her periodically. I would highly recommend them. They will be gentle with your animal.

Took my poodle there 3days ago because he was attacked by another dog. My normal Vet was closed so thankfully Keystone was close and open to me. For a 24hr pet hospital. I didn't have a bad experience. The staff was good and pleasant. The facility was very clean. The Doctor treated my dog. And I was happy....The price was a little steep. But what can you do but pay it...Glad my dog is alive.

This hospital is wonderful. I am a new client, but my experiences so far have been wonderful, and I will definitely be returning. Recently I had to euthanize my beloved 19 year old cat. While I had hoped she would pass peacefully at home, it soon became clear I would need to bring her into the hospital. I was able to call and ask questions and advice of the staff, and never felt pressured to make a decision I was hesitant on. I was offered sympathy, advice, and given my options. Making the decision to bring her in late at night was not an issue at all, and once I arrived I was immediately greeted and given privacy. The staff made the total process as calm and peaceful as possible; they gave me as much time as I needed with her once arriving, accommodated my specific requests for the procedure, and overall were lovely and supportive. More than one staff member expressed their understanding of losing a pet that I had had for so many years, and noted they sympathized with the same difficult choice that they themselves had had to make in the past, and assured me I was making the right yet difficult decision after many years together. I have a history of previously working as a Veterinary Technician, and sadly am very familiar with the difficult process of a euthanasia, as well as the specific "behind the scenes" of what the client experiences, the shortcuts often taken at some veterinary hospitals, and the possibility of being overcharged or offered unnecessary services to raise the final bill. None of these were ever an issue; unfortunately, this isn't always common with veterinary hospitals. Even during the difficult and heartbreaking process, I couldn't help but notice the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff, the level of care, and even the cleanliness of the spotless hospital. I found their prices to be comparable to competing veterinarians in the area, and their after hours services were not up-charged, as is the case with other local emergency 24 hour clinics. I am glad I have found a professional, caring and affordable veterinary hospital in my area that has convenient hours and a wonderful staff. I will be returning to this hospital in the future without hesitation, and recommend it to anyone looking for a complete veterinary hospital.
