I had to bring my cat in late for an emergency and ended up having to put her down. The staff were positively wonderful throughout the entire ordeal - caring, patient, & understanding. They were gentle with both my pet and my shattered emotions. It was a horrible situation but they made it as comfortable as possible for all involved.

They do not even deserve a star. Recently we had lost our fur baby and we had brought our beloved pet to be cremated . It was 5 am we were treated second best the vet tech was more concerned about the animals who were in rooms being tested than us while we held our dead dog mourning over an hour pro longing our goodbye . Then they proceeded to take care of everyone else and leaving us again . Then when it came to pay they made us carry our dog to the front counter with tears in our eyes . So we are forced to pay before handing over our pet. Then the vet tech she runs around saying she needs to make labels for another pet. While I was still crying holding my pet. My significant other had to yell and say listen can you focus on us and help us . Then the woman was like okay and just took our dog and walked away. There was no compassion . There was no feeling or care of the loss that we are going through. They were so concerned about the dollar amount. Of the living rather than the compassion for the dead.

From the staff up front to the assistants , techs, to Dr. Snyder, I believe Lil Bit has gotten the best care. I have never seen such a caring group of people. I have always said if you get a doctor appointment quick and never have to wait, you usually don't have much of a doctor. I know that at VCA old Marple, if I have to wait someone has a great need. And as soon as they can Lil Bit will have all his needs met. He is an ESA puppy and it was hard to be away from him, but they were wonderfully supportive of me also. It doesn't get any better than that.

This hospital upholds the highest standard of care and practices good medicine. They took wonderful care of my kitty when she needed to have bladder stones removed, and followed up on her twice after her surgery. It’s a painful procedure, but the pain management medications and treatment plan kept her comfortable and she healed beautifully. Also, I had several questions on how to address a flea problem in my home, and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and Dr. Snyder took the time as well to speak with me about what to do. As far as the cost, you simply get what you pay for. I work in a veterinary hospital, and can get services at a significant disount. I’d rather have top of the line care for my pets rather than cheap prices. You will receive top of the line care here.

Terrific place with awesome people. Caring and attentive. Clean and efficient. Responsive 24/7. I took my lab for emergency surgery and could not be happier with the care and all follow up visits.. Sad to see past negative reviews. This place deserves much more credit.
