I was extremely disappointed in service as well as the restaurant cleanliness. We ordered simply 7 pieces of chicken (dark meat original recipe) with no sides or anything. We placed our order at 717 and waited til 748 to get our food. While waiting both my wife and I visited the restrooms(which were disgusting) toilets and urinal overflowing in floors. The lobby was almost as bad, too tables dirty, floors not clean. There was only 1 family seated when we got there and 1 family in front of us. The family in front of us had 2 small children(waiting for their dinner) and they waited even longer than we did. Once we got our chicken it wasn't even hot and very over cooked. It was extremely dry and very hard to eat. I am extremely upset and will be calling corporate about it.

Food was good however, when I walked in, the cashier was sitting in the back on his cell phone. Took him at least three minutes to come to the cash register
 He said the lobby was closed. It was before five when the sign said it closes at 5. Another employee said "if it is a carry out, he can wait on you." The cashier had trouble understanding what a $5 box was. After explaining to him and showing him on the menu, everything was good
 At least 7 people were behind us and more coming!

I'm not sure what's going on in this joint. I waited at the drive through to place an order and it turns out the drive through hadn't been working and there was no sign to tell me so. Then I placed a simple order and had to wait for over 30 minutes. The people all look like slobs. They were rude and uncaring that I was there on my lunch break and they wasted nearly all of it. There was nobody else there and it took almost 40 minutes to get my food. This is 1 of the WORST places to eat in Grady County. Me and my family will never visit this KFC again.

Got the buffet. Asked for a tray to put plates on, young man said that they didn't have any. To my right was 40 some trays all dirty sitting on the counter.  Also a woman was standing waiting for her order, l have been here 30 minutes and she's still waiting. Condiment containers we're empty also. This place needs some serious management overhaul. I will not be back.
