Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The restaurant was nearly empty and I still waited 2 hours and only got cheesesticks.I then waited another hour and they brought me a pizza, but it was the wrong order. They made the excuse that their computers messed up. I waited 30 more minutes and my pizza was still not out so I paid for my cheese sticks and drink, then I left. I must also mention that through the entire experience the phone kept ringing and no employer would answer it even though they weren't busy. I just can't wrap my mind around the fact that these workers were so lazy and how they manage to stay open. That place is a disgrace to Pizza Hut!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Ordered two pasta dishes, expecting you know a plate of pasta. Nope. A tin foil microwave pan of pasta, half the noodles were hard. Wasted 20$ on it. Bread sticks were gross and really really dry. Will not eat pizza hut again. Waitress was really tired and kept complaining about her other customers to us. Very disappointed. You've lost my business in all stores.

This is the worst place to eat in Chickasha. Ordered a pasta dish and served it in the aluminum pan on a bowl. Employees are more worried about standing outside smoking than doing there job.

Terrible food, terrible service. Too pricy for the quality. They've lost my business for good after tonight's experience.

Salad bar was not clean.
Breadsticks came out cold the first time, took them back and they were placed under a heater. Brought back a second time for me to check and they were barely warm. 
Pizza was all grease and no pizza.
Listened to the phone ring for 15 minutes straight while employees were in the back. 
Never asked if we needed refills.
Left the entire pizza minus one slice and the breadsticks, still paid the almost $30 for medium pizza, breadsticks and two salad bars, and when I let the cashier know that we wouldn't be coming back she never asked why or apologized.

delivery is good, but the dine in is terrible. ended up having to sit ourselves, had to find a server to get our drinks and after asking several different times about getting napkins and silverware we still didn't receive them!!! the customer service is absalutly terrible!!!! the general manager was even rude and inattentive.
