If I could give this place less stars I would! This store is disgusting and dirty and the service is beyond terrible. I went in the drive thru where I got no service so I went inside just to be ignored. All the employees looked me in the eye and just went on with their business like I didn't exist. I'm glad I went inside so I could see how filthy that place is. East Haven KFC will NEVER see me again and I urge others to stay away and save themselves the disappointment. KFC please clean up your store and acquire new employees if you want your store to last another few years.

Been there a few times and the last time i was there the chicken was extremely greasy and definitely not fresh. Employees are ok but can't understand why they don't keep the kitchen cleaner. The restaurant is obviuosly only worried about the bottom line. So sad...

I like the food here but the service is terrible, I wanted a pot pie they didn’t have it in fact they didn’t have anything heck I’m in the drive through line right now been here for 17 minuets. This is crazy and this place is falling apart!

This is the absolute most disgusting place I have ever been. I like a little kfc once in a while too. But wow every single time if I'm with someone else and ordering more then one meal I have to drive up and explain it to the staff in person. Then I have consistently gotten incorrect orders, missing items, cold food, stuff I didn't even order, no napkins, no fork like the list goes on. All given to me with people who have the worst attitude. Beware do not go here it's nasty and dirty !!!
