Absolutely terrible service in the past few months,, especially 2nd and overnights. Rude employees. Don’t even say thank you. The employees on the first shift are always pleasant and nice. ,, but the other shifts went down hill. The drive thru is terrible at night. Waiting forever. Orders are wrong. I was charged for another order. I didn’t even realize it till I drove off. Because I used a debit card. I went back. And the rude Spanish girl overnight didn’t even say sorry. She just looked at me and gave me what she overcharged me and walked away. Then last night I stopped there around 1030. A young stocky kid was working the drive thru. Total attitude,, not a thank you. Sorry. But this place is getting trashy now. It’s too bad because there are some very nice people working there. But this McDonald’s needs a good makeover with some people who work there. Very disappointed, 👎👎👎👎

Terrible service especially in the evening, I stop by a couple nights to get some coffee and they always close doors around 8pm when the hours sign say 9pm. Francisca is very rude and nasty attitude. Will not get my business any more

I just got my meals around 3:40 am. and I went home...she missed the order, she give me wrong order. and I waited forever and I was fine with that. But when I tested the 🍟 it was the worst test really bad like it cooked from a long long time. I don't know how she even could give it to us👎👎👎

Got dinner last night on the way home, made my husband his father and myself sick with diarrhea. I guess if you needed a excuse to get out of work that can do it, tho it will cost you sense they no longer have any specials, no 2 for 2.50, no 1$ soda no nothing. Cheaper ways to get sick, course if you want Mc.Donalds and NOT be in the bathroom all night go to the one up the road in Branford, clean and has specials.

It's McDonald's small little play area for the kids parents just kind of let their kids do whatever with not much reprimand in there sometimes but that's what it is I guess... But food was good
