Absolutely the worst KFC EVER. Get to the drive through menu after waiting 15 min and no greeting whatsoever so I say "Hello" .... no response but i can hear someone say "Thank you" and realize the person didn't shut off the mic. So decide to wait a second since they may be a new person learning the job. Wait 2 more minutes and then say "Hello" again and get told to "Wait a minute." She finally gets back to me 2 minutes later and I place my order. I get up to the window and it is the assistant manager.... I can't believe the horrible service and from the assistant manager. I will never go back to this KFC I can only hope they go out of business.

Your boyfriend said that it had the same feel as when he used to go as a kid, minus the spout with the fresh made root beer.

They did their best for being short handed. Wish the other stores could be just as super nice, and work just as hard.

We ordered ahead so that i could eat and get ready for work when we got there the order was not ready the service was poor and the attitudes of the employees was like they did not like their jobs when my grandmother told the cashier that this was the last time she would order there it was so indifferent attitudes that i will tell all my friends and family never eat or order anything from this location ever again. The food is not the same. The chicken is not as juicy as it used to be. The mashed potatoes are runny and the gravy has no flavor to it. Know this we will never go back to this location all the employees need to find somewhere else to work other than fast-food and have there food service cards revoked this place should have remained closed for the health code violations
