Service at this location is disappointing. That is the nicest I can put it. They take their time with the orders. I went in twice this week and both times the place had few people, yet it took 20 minutes to get my order each time. I asked if this was how long it normally took and they gave the excuse that they had few people and it was busy. I can be understanding, I like to give people benefit of the doubt; however, I have worked at McDonald's and I know what it's like and how long it takes to get an order and how much it takes to slow them down. They had no excuse, they simply took their time. They walked back in forth like winding down for bed, not like they were at work. The first time I let it slide, the second time, it seemed more like a trend. I made my second order on March 22nd 2018 at 7:31p.m. I got my food 7:52 p.m.

Food was fast and fresh. They could have put a few more fries in the kids meal. My son had a good time in the play area and loved the card decorating kit he got. They even brought the food to us which was much appreciated.

This is a typical McDonald's located on a very busy street. They have a small play area for the kids and the restaurant is usually pretty clean. The staff is mostly teenagers, so it's hit and miss with helpful, friendly service. They are fast though - both with inside dining and drive thru. They have two drive thru lanes , so that also helps. If you can't find a parking spot out front, there are usually plenty of available spots out back, on the north side of the building.

Manager is really rude to customers my recommendation is he should be fired. He told my friends and I to leave right after we finish our food.

The night crew likes to mess up on orders and when you try and get management to fix it the get mad. Highly suggest checking to make sure they get it right before you leave the drive thru or going to leave.
