Unfortunately Galt only has one fast food place to get fish and chicken. We keep trying them, but they still do not have their act together. We have yet to get an order that was correct. Something is either missing or the fish was cold or hard even though we asked for fresh fish. The staff is friendly but lacking in efficiency and continuity.

What can I say? This location was pretty disappointing . I showed up on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30pm ,I figured should be slow around this time which it was. I show up and about 3 times I was told from 3 different workers "Someone will be with you shortly sir". I thought this to be kinda weird since I was the only customer in the establishment. Who knows why the lack of service to help me?? So finally like about 8 minutes later after all the workers had decided to pop out of hidding from the back my order was taken. You have your typical pimple faced millennial workers here with no scence of urgency to help the customer and to make matters worst they messed up my order and each table I tried to sit down at to enjoy my meal was dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned in hours and also the garbage cans were over flowing.... Need I say more? Avoid this place at all cost, but you don't have to take my word for it.

The food, extra crispy bucket with mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw was okay. The young man who waited on me was professional and helpful. He suggested a special which saved me money.

This has got to be one of the worst run KFC's around. They just told me they are out of cooked chicken and I have to wait 25min. The server was polite but it is one thing after another with this place. I blame the owners!

Waited for cold and oily fish...definitely held too long. Then chicken pot pie had bones. They need help.
