They consistently leave items out of the bag. My last two orders food was left out and I have had to return to make sure my order was complete. Annoying!

I ordered my food using the mobile app while itting at my laptop at a table. I ordered my food at 10:31AM on 11/2/17 and I thought I heard them call my name 10 minutes later but I went up there and there was nothing on the counter. Then a school came in and they all ordered and got their food and I'm still sitting here with no food. I came in here to eat and finish homework. I wasn't even able to finish my homework because the WiFi is complete trash. This place doesn't even deserve a star... 0's can be averaged.... I am leaving without my food and wasted my time with their barely functional wifi. EDIT: I emailed corporate and got my money back. . But I had to wait about a week for the money to go back on my card. The company didn't seem to care.

Nice people. Great customer service!! Gave me a free spiked lemonade on a hot day! ☺ Shoutout to the homie! I think her name was Carla but I'm not sure, but a really nice lady ☺☺👍. Also has a really convenient location.
