Last time I will throw twenty dollars down the drain. Chicken they gave me was dried out and probably sitting since lunch. Best part is the manager handed that garbage to me knowing full well. Not the first time from this location, but definitely the last. Don't waste your money! !!

I've been here several times and was disappointed but today was by far the worst ..... First every time I'm in there roughly 8:30ish pm .... all the chairs are up on the tables ... You don't close til 10. Today chairs weren't up. But had the worst service ever. We go to order our food and they already have everything cleaned out and preparing the heating area for tomorrow ... then for my order ... we both ordered chicken strips and what we got were far from strips ... I think maybe we got the bottom of the bag. We got a few pieces of strips that didn't even equal the amount of strips we should have got. Then while sitting there eating we can here the employees complaining because they want to get the dining room cleaned but can't because there's still customers there. Then the cashier comes out and start sweeping the floor while we are eating. How wrong is that .... that floor was dirty and you're flinging dirt particals around. Lost my business

Your better off going to the steubenville kfc and getting the scraps out of the dumpster. Dry cole slaw crusty gravy no chicken with my bones. You will be disappointed if you go here not worth the money.
