Overall the only complaint is the wait time and quality of customer service which is why I gave 3 starts. As far as the pizza we have ordered it has been delicious! Nice and crispy, always warm when picked up. We have ordered quite a few times and will again. So far the orders have been correct. Wings aren’t very good so spare yourself.

Extremely disorganized. The pizza and cheese bread is always burned. There is no such thing as a hot and ready at this location! Staff try their best but they need a lot more training. I call this bad management!

I use to be the G.M. of the wheeling location.. the food quality at this Weirton location is absolutely horrible.. you will wait 40 minutes on a good day to receive your food and then once u do receive it, it's over cooked. Management needs to get things fixed quickly!

Poor customer service...wait time long....Been to other locations,  they were much better run...staff needs to be trained bettet...

After the 1st couple times waiting 25-30 minutes, I figured growing pains, things will work out, etc.......If anything, the service gets worse each month...Stopped again today, 10 or 12 people standing around waiting, asked the girl if she had a cheese classic ready, was told "I don't have anything ready", this was at 345 this afternoon...I don't know if it's a staffing issue or incompetence, nonetheless, this location has lost me as a customer. I have far better things to do than wait on a "hot and ready" pizza that will take a minimum of 30 minutes....
